  • Please join us at Hotel Zero Degrees on Friday, August 7th from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm to kick off the weekend with drinks in the Willow Lounge.

  • The attire for this event is party casual, meaning wear whatever you’d wear to a fun party.

  • We’ll have light bites, so we recommend eating dinner beforehand.

st. stephen’s episcopal church

saturday, august 8th
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

please arrive by 2:45 pm

  • Shuttles will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn at 2:00 pm and from Hotel Zero Degrees at 2:15 pm.

  • There is ample parking available at the church if you prefer to drive.

  • The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm so please give yourselves time to park and find seats as early as 2:30 pm.

  • Children are warmly welcome to attend.

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

please do not arrive until 5:00 pm

  • Following the ceremony, we’ll move the celebration to Le Chateau for cocktails, champagne, and passed hors d’oeuvres.

  • Shuttle buses will board at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church at 4:30 pm and depart at 4:45 pm.

  • Guests are also welcome to drive, but we kindly ask that you wait until 5 pm to arrive.

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

  • Full formal seated dinner, toasts, surprises, and lots of happy tears.

  • Eat well, make a few new friends, fill the dance floor.

  • You are welcome to park overnight at Le Chateau, but please arrange for transportation in advance as shuttle busses will be at capacity.

the lantern

saturday, august 8th
begins 10:30 pm

  • For anyone who isn’t ready to call it a night, we’ll keep the celebration going at The Lantern on Main Street in Ridgefield.

  • At the end of the reception, shuttle buses will depart Le Chateau, first stopping at The Lantern and then continuing on to the hotels.

  • Return shuttles from The Lantern will depart at midnight, with a final pickup at 1:30 am.

bon voyage brunch 🥯

sunday, aug 9th
10:00 am - noon

  • Before saying goodbye, stop by for light brunch Sunday morning after the wedding at Ridgefield’s beautiful Fountain Inn.

  • Coffee, tea, juices, and even the odd mimosa will be on offer along with an assortment of breakfast items.

  • Please feel free to even drop in before heading home. (Even if you haven’t RSVP’d to this event). We’d love to see you before we leave for Spain.
